Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without clearly explaining exactly what you are paying for.
The Insta Stories Viewer app stores and processes personal data that you provide to us in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so may make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may cause the Insta Stories Viewer app to stop working properly or stop working entirely.

Please note that there are certain things that Insta Stories Viewer will not take responsibility for. Some functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Insta Stories Viewer cannot take responsibility if the app does not function fully when you do not have access to Wi-Fi and you have run out of your data allowance.
If you are using the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, please remember that your agreement terms with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory (for example, region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using, please be aware that we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Along the same lines, Insta Stories Viewer cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. For example, you need to make sure that your device stays charged — if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to use the Service, Insta Stories Viewer cannot accept responsibility.
